2003年对广东奥园置业集团董事长郭梓文来说,有些尴尬,有些苦涩。2003年农历新年刚过,这位被称为“城市运营商”的华南房地产大佬斥资6396万元,从武汉诚成文化投资集团股份有限公司手中接下了上市公司诚成文化(600681)的控制权,正式涉足资本市场。但到了2003年年底,郭梓文却不得不将已经由“成诚文化”更名为“奥园发展”、之后又换名“万鸿集团”的上市公司拱手让人。
