为了检测饮料中的葡萄糖含量以作为特殊人群的健康指导,本论文采用生物传感器方法,对比了以美国、中国和丹麦的鸡蛋蛋膜为负载葡萄糖氧化酶的感应器材料,溶解氧电极为转化器的生物传感器。最后以稳定性、灵敏性和平均寿命为参考指标,确定了以中国蛋膜为原材料制成生物传感器并以此测定茶、凉茶、碳酸饮料和能量饮料这四类常见饮品中的葡萄糖含量。此种方法操作简单,成本低廉,且易于进行室外检测。
In order to detect the glucose content in the beverage as a health guideline for special populations, this paper uses biosensor method to compare egg protein membrane loaded with glucose oxidase in America, China and Denmark. The dissolved oxygen electrode is a converter Biosensor. Finally, taking the stability, sensitivity and average life as the reference indexes, we determined that the Chinese egg membrane was used as the raw material to make the biosensor and measure the glucose content in four kinds of common drinks such as tea, herbal tea, carbonated drinks and energy drinks. This method is simple to operate, low cost, and easy to outdoor test.
