根据CO_2+O_2地浸采铀工艺技术特点,选取新疆某铀矿山取得的砂岩岩芯铀矿石,自行设计了CO_2+O_2加压滚瓶浸出试验装置,并进行了室内CO_2+O_2加压滚瓶浸出试验。结果表明,当CO_2+O_2总压为2.0 MPa,液固比10:1时,金属铀浸出率达到70%,采用多级浸出和后期加氧化剂强化浸出,铀浸出率达90%以上。说明该矿床铀矿石适合CO_2+O_2浸出工艺,试验结果可为CO_2+O_2现场浸出试验和工程设计提供依据和指导。
According to the characteristics of CO_2 + O_2 leaching uranium mining technology, the sandstone core uranium ore obtained from a uranium mine in Xinjiang was selected and the CO_2 + O_2 pressurized roller leaching test device was designed by ourselves. The results show that when the total pressure of CO_2 + O_2 is 2.0 MPa and the liquid-solid ratio is 10: 1, the leaching rate of uranium metal reaches 70%. The leaching rate of uranium is over 90% using multilevel leaching and post-oxidant strengthening leaching. The results indicate that the ore uranium ore is suitable for the CO_2 + O_2 leaching process. The test results can provide the basis and guidance for the field test and engineering design of CO_2 + O_2.
