浙江某水泥厂熟料库建成投产后,其北侧洞口出现贯穿裂缝。现场监测数据分析表明熟料库裂缝为地基差异沉降所致,且仍在进一步发展。为控制该构筑物变形的进一步发展,对治理方案进行了比选,决定选用高压旋喷桩对地基进行加固处理。加固处理后有效地控制了熟料库沉降。该项目的成功,对类似工程具有一定借鉴作用。
Zhejiang cement plant clinker library put into operation, the northern hole appears through the cracks. Analysis of on-site monitoring data shows that cracks in the clinker store are caused by differential settlement of the foundation and are still under further development. In order to control the further development of the deformation of the structure, a comparison was made between the treatment plans and the decision to use high-pressure jet grouting piles to consolidate the foundation. The reinforcement treatment effectively controlled the settlement of clinker. The success of this project has some reference to similar projects.
