一、前言 1号高炉第二代炉容为305m~3,于1987年9月7日(将原第一代100m~3高炉扩容改造后)建成投产的。该高炉设有12个风口,2个渣口,1个铁口,采用炉体自立式框架结构。料车上料,微机自动控制,大小钟液压传动,炉底采用高铝质砖结构并设有排铅口。高炉煤气采用干式布袋除尘。这代炉役自点火投产至1997年1月5日停炉。连续生产了9年零4个月;这代炉役共产铁188.12万吨,单位炉容产铁6167.8t/m~3;达到了冶金部制订的一代炉龄8年(不中修),单位炉容产铁5000t/m~3的长寿高炉标准。同时,一代炉役高炉技术经济指标较好,见表1。
