目的:本文研究了六种查耳酮的制备方法,查耳酮是合成黄酮类化合物的中间体。方法:在氢氧化钠催化下,苯乙酮与苯甲醛反应。结果:制备了1-苯-3-(4-二甲氨基苯基)2-丙烯酮(5),1-苯-3-(3-硝基苯基)-2-丙烯酮(6),1-苯-3-(2—羟基苯基)-2-丙烯酮(7),1-苯基-3-(4-甲氧基苯基)-2-丙烯酮(8),1-(2,4—二甲氧基苯基)-3-(4-甲氧基苯基)-2-丙烯酮(9)和1-(2,4-二甲氧基苯基)-3-(3-硝基苯基)-2-丙烯酮(10)。经MS,1HNMR和元素分析确定其为区标化合物。结论:本法制备查耳酮产率高,易纯化。
Objective: In this paper, six kinds of chalcone preparation methods, chalcone synthesis of flavonoids intermediates. Methods: Under the catalysis of sodium hydroxide, acetophenone reacted with benzaldehyde. Results: 1-Benzene-3- (4-dimethylaminophenyl) -2-propenone (5) (8), 1-phenyl-3- (4-methoxyphenyl) -2-propenone (2,4-dimethoxyphenyl) -3- (4-methoxyphenyl) -2-propenone (9) and 1- (3-nitrophenyl) -2-propenone (10). It was identified as a target compound by MS, 1HNMR and elemental analysis. Conclusion: The method for preparing chalcone has high yield and is easy to be purified.
