路线线形选择是公路工程设计的基础。线形确定不仅与地形、地质、生态、人文等条件有关,而且修建以后又反作用于自然和人,尤其对车辆运行安全产生直接的影响。结合美国公路线形设计的理念,研究路线设计的安全性影响因素,将安全设计融入到公路选线过程中,提出了安全性评价的指标、检查的标准和检查的程序,使线形在设计阶段就处于合理状态,避免通过大量的交通安全设施的设置来达到提高道路交通安全的目的。
Route alignment is the basis of highway engineering design. The linear determination is not only related to the topography, geology, ecology, humanities and other conditions, but also has a direct effect on the operation safety of vehicles after being built. Combining with the concept of highway alignment design in the United States, the safety influencing factors of route design are studied. Safety design is integrated into the process of highway alignment. The indexes of safety evaluation, inspection standards and inspection procedures are put forward. In a reasonable state, to avoid the adoption of a large number of traffic safety facilities to achieve the purpose of improving road traffic safety.
