采用自行研制的阶梯钻对碳纤维复合材料/钛合金叠层板进行钻削实验,并与普通麻花钻进行对比。分析钻削力和钛合金切屑形态对孔质量的影响,研究不同加工参数下的钻削力、孔径及孔出入口质量情况。结果表明:钛合金层钻削力随主轴转速的增大而减小,随进给量的增大而增大;相比普通麻花钻,阶梯钻产生的钻削力更小,钛合金切屑排出顺畅,钛合金层和碳纤维复合材料层孔径值更接近于钻头直径,钛合金层和碳纤维复合材料层孔出入口质量更好。
The self-developed stepped drill was used to drill the carbon fiber composite / titanium alloy laminates and compared with the common twist drill. The influence of drilling force and titanium alloy chip shape on the hole quality was analyzed. The drilling force, hole diameter and hole entrance and exit quality under different processing parameters were studied. The results show that the drilling force of the titanium alloy layer decreases with the increase of the spindle speed and increases with the feed rate. Compared with the common twist drill, the drilling force generated by the step drill is smaller and the titanium alloy chip is discharged Smooth, titanium alloy layer and carbon fiber composite material layer hole diameter closer to the drill diameter, titanium alloy layer and carbon fiber composite layer hole entrance and exit quality better.
