To investigate the pathological significance of endothelin (ET) and calcitonin gene related peptide (CGRP) in decompensated chronic kidney disease with renal failure and its relationship with glomerular filtration rate (GFR), radioimmunoassay was used to detect 36 Cases of chronic nephritis renal failure decompensated patients with blood and urine concentrations of ET and CGRP, simultaneous determination of GFR. Results: The serum levels of ET in patients with chronic renal failure and decompensated renal failure were (72.45 ± 2.56) ng / L [47.72 ± 5.95] ng / L] and urine was (2.32 ± 5.18) ng / L [control group (18.55 ± 2.83) ng / L]; the plasma concentration of CGRP was (90.0 ± 2.977) ng / L (58.33 ± 22.53) ng / L [control group (26.21 ± 7.22) ng / L], respectively; all were significantly higher than those in the control group (P <0.01). Blood and urine ET was positively correlated (r = 0.34 1, P <0. 05). Blood and urine CGRP was significantly correlated (r = 0.516, P <0.001). There was a significant positive correlation between serum ET and CGRP (r = 0.573, P <0.01), but negatively correlated with GFR (r = -0.5593, P <0.01) GFR was significantly negatively correlated (r = - 0.303, P <0.01). There was a significant positive correlation between CGRP and GFR in blood and urine (r = 0.392,0.412, P <0.01, respectively). Tip: the course of chronic nephritis patients with blood and urine ET, CGRP changes have a certain relationship
