介绍了利用光腔衰荡光谱技术高精度地检测高反镜的反射率的实验方法。利用直型和折叠型衰荡光腔结合,可以高精度地测定高反镜的反射率。实验结果表明这一方法可以精确地测定各种反射角度、镜片基底和尺寸的高反镜的反射率,而且还可以检测实际工作气氛下高反镜的反射率
The experimental method for accurately measuring the reflectivity of a high reflector by using cavity ring-down spectroscopy is introduced. Using a combination of straight and folded ring-down cavities, the reflectivity of high reflectors can be measured with high accuracy. The experimental results show that this method can accurately measure the reflectivity of various reflection angles, lens substrate and size of the high reflection mirror, but also can detect the reflectivity of the high reflection mirror in the actual working atmosphere
