随着化学治疗的进展,尤其是使用化学和放射综合治疗后,小细胞肺癌的生存期延长,相应脑转移的发生率也随之增加。Nugent报导如生存期超过二年,则中枢神经系统的转移率可达80％。所以,临床大夫就面临一个如何预防和治疗小细胞肺癌脑转移的问题。自1958年开院以来至1985年12月,我院共发现小细胞肺癌脑转移69例。现将各组结果报导如下,并就有关问题进行分
With the advancement of chemotherapy, especially after the combined use of chemical and radiation therapy, the survival of small cell lung cancer is prolonged, and the incidence of corresponding brain metastases also increases. Nugent reported that if the survival period exceeds two years, the transfer rate of the central nervous system can reach 80%. Therefore, clinical doctors are faced with a problem of how to prevent and treat small cell lung cancer brain metastases. Since hospital opened in 1958 to December 1985, 69 cases of brain metastases from small cell lung cancer have been found in our hospital. The results of each group are reported below and are divided into related issues.
