With the development of agricultural production, the requirements for crop breeding are also getting higher and higher. Many crops need to be selected on the basis of multiple dimensions and multiple breeding objectives. Therefore, the study of comprehensive breeding selection method is one of the most concerned problems of breeding workers. At present, the commonly used selection index method can only be selected according to one direction or one breeding target, and the structure is relatively complicated and difficult for breeder to accept. We think that the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) founded by the famous American mathematician T. L. Saaty is the proper tool to solve the problem of multi-objective integrated breeding. The establishment of crop breeding selection function with AHP is simple in principle and easy in calculation. It can organically combine agronomist’s knowledge experience and rationality quantitative analysis, and is applied to the selection of breeding program and the estimation of its effect. It is so
