低温海水浸泡大鼠的血气及肺脏前列腺素和降钙素基因相关肽变化的观察

目的 :观察低温海水浸泡大鼠的血气及肺脏前列腺素 (PG)与降钙素基因相关肽 (CGRP)变化规律。方法 :将不同时间组大鼠分别置于 16 .5℃及 9.5℃低温海水中自由游动 ,沉入水面下以前迅速取出 ,于 15及30分钟分别测量大鼠肛温 ,抽左心血行血气分析 ,并取肺组织检测 PG及 CGRP含量。结果 :低温海水浸泡大鼠肛温、p H、6酮前列腺素 F1α(6 keto PGF1α)及 CGRP均明显降低 (P均 <0 .0 1) ,而血氧分压、二氧化碳分压、血栓素 B2 (TXB2 )则明显上升 (P<0 .0 5或 P<0 .0 1)。结论 :低温海水浸泡大鼠肺组织合成与分泌 PG及CGRP受低温、血气的影响 ,6 keto PGF1α与 CGRP降低以及 TXB2 上升则可能影响血气指标的改善。 Objective: To observe the changes of blood gas and lung prostaglandin (PG) and calcitonin gene related peptide (CGRP) in rats exposed to cold seawater. Methods: The rats of different time groups were placed in the low temperature seawater of 16.5 ℃ and 9.5 ℃, respectively, swimming freely and submerged in the water before being removed rapidly. The rectal temperature of rats was measured at 15 and 30 minutes, Analysis, and take lung tissue detection of PG and CGRP content. Results: The rectal temperature, p H, 6 keto PGF1α and CGRP were significantly decreased in rats exposed to cold seawater (P <0.01), while the partial pressure of oxygen, partial pressure of carbon dioxide, thromboxane B2 (TXB2) increased significantly (P <0.05 or P <0.01). CONCLUSION: The synthesis and secretion of PG and CGRP in lung tissue of rats exposed to cold seawater are affected by hypothermia and blood gas. The decrease of 6 keto PGF1α and CGRP and the increase of TXB2 may affect the improvement of blood gas.
