1.基本原理:激光用于光谱定量分析首先需要仪器性能稳定。由于各种干扰因素的影响,使得激光输出能量和辅助激发保持不变非常困难。而激光输出和辅助激发的稳定性直接影响分析结果。为了消除这一影响,这里提出双光路法。它可以使仪器保持相对稳定,解决定量分析中的某些存在问题。该法从一束激光中分出两束激光,从同样电压和参数的辅助放电回路中,在放电时同时激发样品和外标。激光和辅助激发的任何变化将同样反应在样品和外标上。它们在同一台摄谱仪的同一块干板上同时摄谱时,无论仪器如何波动,两者
1. Fundamentals: Laser spectrometry for quantitative analysis of the first need to instrument performance and stability. Due to various interference factors, it is very difficult to keep the laser output energy and auxiliary excitation unchanged. The stability of the laser output and the auxiliary excitation have a direct impact on the analysis results. In order to eliminate this effect, here proposed dual light method. It keeps the instrument relatively stable and resolves some of the problems in quantitative analysis. The method separates two laser beams from a laser beam and simultaneously excites both the sample and the external target during discharge in the auxiliary discharge circuit of the same voltage and parameters. Any changes in laser and auxiliary excitation will similarly be reflected on the sample and external standard. When they are on the same plate of the same spectrograph, no matter how the instrument fluctuates, both
