在对越自卫还击战中,我院两个野战救护所配置于二线,担负伤病员的救护和中转任务。两个所集中展开,各所分两个病区,设抗休克室、重伤病室和轻伤病室。病区设有治疗、换药、护理、总务和卫生员(包括地方卫生员)组。各护理组配组长,制订了工作程序,实行定人、定位、定任务的责任制,较好地完成了战伤救护任务。我们的主要作法和体会如下。一、根据战时的特点,组织护理工作我院接收一线医院用汽乍运送的伤员,批次多,数量大,而后送是用卫生列车,转
