目的分析山东省市售方便面中16种优控多环芳烃(PAHs)的检测结果,了解山东省市售方便面中PAHs的污染状况。方法采取分层随机抽样方法在山东省17商店、农贸市场和网店等采样点抽取170份方便面样品,采用石油醚提取、制备,Waters Oasis HLB和Sep-Pak Florsil进行2次过柱净化,高效液相色谱法检测PAHs的残留含量。结果 170份方便面普遍存在PAHs污染,萘、菲的污染程度最高,检出率高达98.8%;方便面中轻质PAHs的污染程度远高于重质PAHs;油炸型方便面中的轻质PAHs和重质PAHs的污染程度重于非油炸型方便面,油炸型方便面的重质PAHs检测结果中苯并(b)荧蒽污染程度较广,检出率达到91.2%。结论建议强化方便面中PAHs的控制和监管,修订相关标准,规定PAHs的最高限量值,确保方便面PAHs污染处在较低水平。
Objective To analyze the detection results of 16 optimally controlled polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) in commercial instant noodles in Shandong Province, and to understand the pollution status of PAHs in commercial instant noodles in Shandong Province. Methods A total of 170 samples of instant noodles were sampled from 17 shops, farmers’ markets and online shops in Shandong Province using stratified random sampling method. The samples were extracted twice with petroleum ether extraction, and prepared with Waters Oasis HLB and Sep-Pak Florsil. Determination of residual PAHs by liquid chromatography. Results Pollution of PAHs was common in 170 instant noodles. The highest level of pollution was found in naphthalene and phenanthrene, the detection rate was as high as 98.8%. The contamination degree of light PAHs in instant noodles was much higher than that of heavy PAHs. The pollution degree of PAHs was heavier than that of non-fried instant noodles. The detection results of heavy PAHs in instant fried instant noodles were higher than those of non-fried instant noodles. The detection rate was 91.2%. Conclusions It is suggested that the control and regulation of PAHs in instant noodles should be strengthened, the relevant standards should be revised, the maximum limits of PAHs should be set, and the pollution of PAHs in instant noodles should be kept at a low level.
