在社会主义市场经济逐步完善的情况下,医疗卫生改革的步伐越来越快,医院要抓住机遇,加快后勤社会化改革的步伐。后勤社会化改革应有明确的指导思想。北京市此项改革分3个阶段进行:第一阶段各医院完成“医院后勤综合目标责任制”改革;第二阶段各医院完成后勤管理体制、资产制度、劳动用工制度等方面的改革;第三阶段要组建跨医院的、规模化经营的后勤服务集团。医院后勤社会化改革要有良好的组织保证和政策支持。
With the gradual improvement of the socialist market economy, the pace of medical and health reforms is getting faster and faster. Hospitals must seize opportunities and accelerate the pace of socialized logistics reform. Logistic socialization reform should have clear guidelines. The socialization reform of hospital logistics must have good organizational guarantees and policy support.
