考虑了板带轧机轧辊疲劳强度计算中参数的随机性和模糊性,引入了模糊事件、最大应力和最小强度的概念,在建立轧辊疲劳强度模糊可靠度预测模型的基础上,给出其模糊可靠度的计算公式,实验结果表明,该公式能使设计者更加满意,并有潜力解决轧辊的实际并行设计问题。
Considering the randomness and fuzziness of the parameters in calculating the fatigue strength of strip rolling mill rolls, the concepts of fuzzy events, maximum stress and minimum strength are introduced.
