在设备维修中,我们经常会遇到扇形齿轮(如图1)的测量问题。若测量整个圆周布满轮齿的齿轮,齿数、齿顶圆直径等参数较好测量,从而也可较简单地算出该齿轮的其他参数。而对于扇形齿轮来讲,一周有多少个齿都无法数出,就更难于求出该齿轮的其他参数。我们在维修D42—400双支承辊锻机时,发现用于调锻辊中心距的扇形齿轮损坏,需测绘加工,通过用下面介绍的方法,巧妙地解决了这一难题。
In equipment maintenance, we often encounter the sector gear (Figure 1) measurement problems. If the measurement of the gear over the entire circumference of the gear, the number of teeth, addendum circle diameter and other parameters better measured, which can also be relatively simple to calculate the other parameters of the gear. As for the sector gear, the number of teeth a week can not count out, it is even more difficult to find out the other parameters of the gear. When we repaired the D42-400 double-support roll forging machine, we found that the sector gear used for the center pitch of the forging rolls was damaged, and the mapping process was required. This problem was solved artfully by the method described below.
