将“班规”转为“个规”“班规”是班主任为了约束学生的行为,达到一定的班级管理目标而制定的班级规章制度。“班规”是班级管理的准绳。班级管理离不开规章制度,即所谓“没有规矩,不成方圆”。但在具体的操作实施中,我们又会发现,对一些学生来说,有些“班规”形同虚设。一个班五十多个学生,每一个学生又都有生动多样的世界,用八九条甚至十几条“班规”来涵盖他们思想行为的可行性或不可 Transferring “class rules” to “regulations” and “class rules” are class rules and regulations formulated by the head teacher in order to restrict students’ behavior and achieve certain class management goals. “Class rules” are the criteria for class management.
