在当今社会经济多变,环境复杂的情况下,人才流失就成为了企业中非常普遍的一种现象。而这种现象在企业生存并发展的道路上会有非常大的影响,所以这个问题也是企业当下必须解决的问题。这篇论文,就是以富士康科技集团为例,分析了其基层员工流失的主要原因,并且通过探讨制定了防止员工流失的相关的策略,让企业在今后的发展道路上,能够更好地发挥员工的积极性,更高的提升企业人才管理水平。随着当代经济的不断快速发展,对企业的总体管理水平的要求也会不断提高。
In today’s volatile social environment and complex environment, brain drain has become a very common phenomenon in enterprises.
