《普通高中语文课程标准》中明确指出:“积极倡导自主、合作、探究的学习方式。”然而,在新课程教学研究活动中发现,相当一部分教师语文课堂教学中的自主、合作、探究的学习效果不明显,尤其是小组合作学习多流于形式。那么,怎样的小组合作才是最有效呢,在教学中做了“1+4+1>6”的有效尝试。现以《劝学》一课教学为例,谈几点做法。

Well, what kind of team cooperation is the most effective? In the teaching, we made an effective attempt of “1+4+1>6”. Let's take the teaching of the “Encouragement” lesson as an example, and discuss some approaches.
