一、概述一般锰矿均程度不同的含有少量铅、锌等有色金属。在冶炼高碳锰铁过程中,这些金属大部分随炉气烟尘逸出。广东高鹤县西江锰矿,含铅1—3%,占我厂锰矿用量40—50%,因此,所得烟尘含锰、铅、锌、镉均较高。两台1800千伏安电炉每天脉冲干法收得烟尘3~5吨,其中含铅1~1.2吨,锌500—600公斤,镉10公斤,锰1~1.25吨,具有回收价值。烟尘分析结果见表1。二、回收方法及工艺流程电炉锰尘中的金属元素均以氧化物存在。用炭还原时,在1100~1200℃高温下,
