目的探讨肥胖高血压病患者血清抵抗素(resistin)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、游离脂肪酸(FFA)、内皮素-1(ET-1)水平的变化及临床意义。方法测定40例肥胖高血压患者及40例正常人血清抵抗素、TNF-α、FFA、hs-CRP、ET-1及人体测量变量值及生化指标。结果肥胖高血压组血清resistin、TNF-α、FFA、hs-CRP、ET-1水平均高于正常对照组(P<0.01),resistin与TNF-α、FFA、CRP、ET-1呈正相关(r分别为0.47、0.32、0.42,均P<0.05)。结论肥胖高血压患者常伴有血清炎症因子增高与内皮功能紊乱;血清炎症因子水平与肥胖高血压发病及代谢紊乱相关联。
Objective To investigate the changes of serum resistin, tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α), high sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP), free fatty acid (FFA), endothelin-1 (ET- Level changes and clinical significance. Methods The serum levels of resistin, TNF-α, FFA, hs-CRP and ET-1 in 40 hypertensive patients and 40 normal subjects were measured and their biochemical parameters were measured. Results The levels of resistin, TNF-α, FFA, hs-CRP and ET-1 in obese hypertensive group were significantly higher than those in normal control group (P <0.01) r were 0.47,0.32,0.42, respectively, P <0.05). Conclusion Obese hypertensive patients are often accompanied by increased serum inflammatory factors and endothelial dysfunction; serum levels of inflammatory cytokines are associated with morbidity and metabolic disorders of obesity.
