采集符合标准的心脏150例,分为3组,实验组为不明原因心源性猝死(SCD)组50例,阴性对照组(交通事故和高坠死亡)50例,阳性对照组(冠心病)50例。应用免疫组化及Simple PCI图像分析系统,比较不明原因SCD组与阴性对照组,以及冠心病组与阴性对照组窦房结和房室结中Cx40、HP70的表达,并用SPSS 22.0统计软件对数据进行统计分析。结果显示不明原因心源性猝死者、冠心病猝死者窦房结、房室结HSP70 AOD值总体高于对照组,且分布形态发生改变;不明原因心源性猝死者、冠心病猝死者窦房结、房室结Cx40 AOD值总体较对照组减少,且分布形态发生改变,阳性细胞侧面连接处增多,润盘处减少。实验得出以下结论:窦房结、房室结组织中缝隙连接蛋白Cx40、HSP70在组之间表达的差异,可以作为SCD的辅助诊断参考指标。
Fifty cases of SCD group, 50 cases of negative control group (traffic accident and high crash death) and 50 cases of positive control group (CHD) were enrolled in this study. 50 cases.
