采用链脲霉素(Streptozotocin)造成与人类老年性糖尿病相近似的糖尿病大鼠模型。结果造模大鼠与正常对照组比较体内CD含量增高,CAT活性及VE含量降低(P<0.01)。说明模型动物体内脂质过氧化作用增强和抗氧化能力降低。中药制剂老糖乐则能明显改善这种状态。提示老糖乐具有抑制脂质过氧化过程,增强抗氧化物质活性的作用,有利于改善糖尿病的病理损害,具有抗衰老作用。
A Streptozotocin-Induced Diabetic Rat Model that Aligns with Human Age-related Diabetes. Results Compared with the normal control group, the content of CD in the model rats increased and the activity of CAT and the content of VE decreased (P <0.01). This shows that the animal model of lipid peroxidation and antioxidant capacity decreased. The old Chinese medicine syrup can significantly improve this state. Prompted the old candy with inhibition of lipid peroxidation process, enhance the role of antioxidant activity, help to improve the pathological damage of diabetes, with anti-aging effect.
