为了加快工程进度,节约投资,灵宝市白虎潭水库大坝施工时,采用了碾压混凝土通仓薄层施工工法,简化施工程序、提高机械化程度、水泥用量小,粉煤灰用量大,节能环保。通过钻孔取芯,芯样胶结较好、骨料分布均匀,未见单层碾压层内有断裂。抗压、抗渗强度均达到设计的要求。2016年5月19日大坝开始下闸蓄水,通过各种观测数据分析,水库大坝的稳定、强度、防渗等指标达到了设计要求,水库运行正常。该工程提前30 d完成,施工过程中基本未采取温控措施,节省工程投资100万元。
