国内自孙逢吉进行芥菜(B.juncea)的叶形、种皮颜色及分枝习性的遗传研究以来,一般对油菜产量性状遗传的研究较多,而对种子品质性状、尤其是芥酸、硫代葡萄糖苷(GLS)等遗传的研究较少.国外在六十年代初开展菜籽品质性状的遗传研究后指出,芥酸含量受胚基因控制,呈加性遗传.控制芥酸含量的基因对数:甘蓝型油菜(B.napus)为两对,白菜型油菜(B.campestris)为一对,其中存在5种控制不同芥酸含量的等位基
Since the research on leaf shape, seed coat color and branching habits of B. juncea in China, Sun Fengji generally studied more about the inheritance of yield traits in B.juncea.
