我国是一个民族大融合的国家,只有实现民族地区的平稳发展才能实现国家建设的整体性进步。就教育教学而言,民族地区的师资队伍建设直接决定着民族地区的教学发展水平,为了了解民族地区真实的师资队伍现状,促进民族地区教学水平的发展,提升各个民族人民的文化素质与综合能力,调查学前教育师资力量有着重要的意义。本文主要从当前的情况出发,以四川民族地区作为典型的代表,结合教育事业的建设情况,对学前教育师资队伍现状进行针对性的调查研究。
As a country with a great national integration, our country can achieve the overall improvement of our country’s construction only by realizing the steady development of ethnic areas. In terms of education and teaching, the construction of teaching staff in ethnic areas directly determines the level of teaching development in minority areas. In order to understand the actual status of teaching staff in ethnic minority areas, promote the development of teaching level in ethnic areas and enhance the cultural quality and comprehensive ability of people of all ethnic groups It is of great significance to investigate the strength of teachers in preschool education. Based on the current situation, this paper takes Sichuan Minority Region as a typical representative and conducts a targeted investigation on the status quo of teachers in preschool education with the construction of education.
