本文着重论述有关的MEK6800DⅡ微机系统存贮器容量扩展技术反动态刷新控制方式,并介绍为DⅡ微机系统研制的建立在周期偷窃技术基础上的同步刷新方式4K动态存贮体的初步研制结果。结果表明取得了基本的技术进展,正在考虑进一步解决系统的实用化问题。
This article focuses on the MEK6800D Ⅱ microcomputer system memory capacity expansion technology anti-dynamic refresh control method, and describes the D Ⅱ microcomputer system developed based on the periodic stealing technology based on the synchronous refresh mode 4K dynamic memory body of the preliminary results. The results show that basic technological advances have been made and further practical problems of the system are being considered.
