目的探讨网络管理模式对肿瘤化疗患者PICC置管间歇期感染的效果。方法通过网络化管理模式进行肿瘤化疗患者PICC相关感染监测。结果共计138例肿瘤化疗PICC患者,共发生13例PICC相关感染,感染率为9.42%。实施网络化管理的观察组82例,PICC相关感染率为3.66%;未实施网络化管理的对照组56例,PICC相关感染率为17.86%。结论网络化管理模式对肿瘤化疗患者PICC相关感染具有很好的控制效果。
Objective To explore the effect of network management on PICC catheter intermittent infection in patients with tumor chemotherapy. Methods The PICC-related infection surveillance in patients with cancer chemotherapy was conducted through networked management. Results A total of 138 patients with chemotherapy and chemotherapy PICC, a total of 13 cases of PICC-related infections, the infection rate was 9.42%. There were 82 cases in the observation group with network management, and the PICC-related infection rate was 3.66%. In the 56 cases of the control group without network management, the PICC-related infection rate was 17.86%. Conclusion The network management mode has a good control effect on PICC-associated infection in patients with tumor chemotherapy.
