目的了解三门峡市碘缺乏病防治十二五规划中期防治效果,为制订有针对性的碘缺乏病防治对策提供依据。方法在三门峡市所属6个县(市、区)的小学抽取8~10岁学生900名检查甲状腺,并采集其尿样和家庭食用盐样测定尿碘及盐碘;抽取5年级学生进行碘缺乏病知识健康教育问卷调查;采集小学所在村饮用水进行水碘检测,并对家庭主妇进行碘缺乏病知识健康教育问卷调查。结果 900名调查对象,甲状腺肿大率为3.11%(28/900),尿碘中位数为253.15μg/L;共检测盐样900份,碘盐覆盖率为99.89%(899/900),合格碘盐食用率为98.78%(889/900),非碘盐率为0.11%(1/900),盐碘中位数为28.2 mg/kg;共采集水样150份,水碘中位数为2.36μg/L;学生碘缺乏病知识健康教育问卷及格率为96.44%(868/900),家庭主妇碘缺乏病知识健康教育问卷及格率为98.33%(295/300)。结论三门峡市碘缺乏病防治十二五规划中期防治工作取得了明显的效果,各项监测指标均达到了国家消除碘缺乏病标准。
Objective To understand the effect of mid-term prevention and control of iodine deficiency disorders in Sanmenxia city during the 12th Five-year Plan and to provide evidence for the development of targeted prevention and treatment measures for iodine deficiency disorders. Methods Ninety students aged 8 ~ 10 were examined for thyroid gland in primary schools of 6 counties (cities and districts) in Sanmenxia City. Urine and salt iodine were collected from urine samples and salt samples from families. Fifth grade students were selected for iodine deficiency Disease Knowledge Health Education Questionnaire; collected primary drinking water village for water iodine detection, and housewives iodine deficiency disorders knowledge of health education questionnaire. Results Nine hundred and ninety-five subjects were examined. The goiter rate was 3.11% (28/900) and the median urinary iodine was 253.15μg / L. A total of 900 salt samples were collected. The coverage of iodized salt was 99.89% (899/900) The qualified iodized salt consumption rate was 98.78% (889/900), the non-iodized salt rate was 0.11% (1/900) and the median salt iodine concentration was 28.2 mg / kg. A total of 150 water samples were collected, (2.36 μg / L). The pass rate of knowledge-based health education for students with iodine deficiency disorders was 96.44% (868/900). The pass rate of knowledge-based health education for housewives was 98.33% (295/300). Conclusion The prevention and control of iodine deficiency disorders in Sanmenxia have achieved remarkable results in the mid-term prevention and control of the 12th Five-Year Plan, and all the monitoring indicators have reached the national standard of eliminating iodine deficiency disorders.
