企业文化是当前国有企业一项重点工作,企业文化建设对企业兴衰及发展所起的作用将越来越显著,越来越大。作为大型国有能源企业,担负着经济安全的重大社会责任,尤其在市场经济深入发展的今天,努力创建适应市场经济需要,独具特色的企业文化也迫在眉睫。对这项工作,我们企业正在起步,目前有必要对创建企业文化的重要性以及创建中应注意解决的几个关键问题搞清楚。本人谈点粗浅认识:一、创建企业文化的重要性
