开抗早梦龙是开封市农林科学研究院2002年以开封41作母本、开封115作父本杂交育成的花皮、椭圆形、优质西瓜新品种。果实椭圆形,瓜重3.0～5.0kg,瓜皮绿色,上覆墨绿锯齿条;皮厚1.0cm,皮韧性好,不裂果;种子黄褐色、小,单瓜有种子350粒左右;瓜瓤红色,酥脆,纤维少,汁液多,口感风味好;中心部含糖量约10.50%,每667m2产量3000kg以上;全生育期95天左右,果实发育期27天左右,抗枯萎病。2008年通过河南省农作物品种审定委员会审定。
