研究延展钢网板的力学特性及其简化计算的模型 ,同时探讨了这种新型支护材料在水利工程中的应用前景。通过对拱形延展钢网板的力学特性进行有限元数值模拟 ,用刚度等效的平板模拟拱形廊道支护试验中的延展钢网板 ,所得的计算结果与试验值比较接近。结果表明 ,用等效的平板模型来模拟延展钢网板是可行的 ,从而为钢网板在工程中应用提供一种简便而可靠的计算方法
The mechanical properties of the expanded stencil and its simplified calculation model are studied. The application prospect of this new type of supporting material in hydraulic engineering is also discussed. Through the finite element numerical simulation of the mechanical properties of the dome-shaped expanded stencil, the equivalent stiffness of the slab is used to simulate the expanded stencil supported by the arched corridor support. The calculated results are close to the experimental values. The results show that it is feasible to simulate the expansion of the stencil with the equivalent slab model, so as to provide a simple and reliable calculation method for the stencil application in engineering
