“采和Ⅰ号、Ⅱ号”为纯中药制剂。本实验以兔为Ⅱ度冻伤的模型,用该药治疗4d,即可将基本治愈Ⅱ度冻伤,经病理切片证实;与对照组差异明显。“采和Ⅰ号”为煎剂、“采和Ⅱ号”为霜剂,后者在冬季治疗冻疮则更为方便。本实验结果与临床治疗效果一致,疗效确实。 “Caihe I and II” are pure Chinese medicine preparations. In this experiment, rabbits were used as a model for the degree of frostbite in the second degree, and after 4 days of treatment with the drug, the degree II frostbite could be basically cured and confirmed by pathological section; the difference was significant from the control group. “Caihe I” is a decoction, “Caihe II” is a cream, and the latter is more convenient for treating frostbite in winter. The experimental results are consistent with the clinical treatment effect and the efficacy is indeed.
