目的观察沼泽红假单胞菌生物转化北桑寄生提取物转化前后化学成分的变化及化学成分随培养时间变化的特点。方法将北桑寄生提取物与沼泽红假单胞菌共同培养,然后利用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)分析经过沼泽红假单胞菌生物转化后北桑寄生化学成分的变化。结果经沼泽红假单胞菌生物转化后北桑寄生提取物的化学成分发生了很大变化。总的规律为转化液上清液中成分减少,沉淀中成分增加,生成了至少4种新的代谢产物,并且成分随培养时间的变化而变化,20 d时基本达到稳定。结论沼泽红假单胞菌可以对北桑寄生提取物中成分进行生物转化,转化规律为水溶性化合物(转化液上清液中成分)转化为脂溶性化合物(转化液沉淀中成分),这为沼泽红假单胞菌生物转化北桑寄生的进一步研究提供参考。
Objective To observe the changes of chemical composition before and after transformation of Rhus typhi Rhodopseudomonas aeruginosa and its chemical composition with the change of culture time. METHODS: Northern pine parasitic extract was co-cultured with Rhodopseudomonas palustris, and the changes of the chemical constituents of parasitic rhizobium were analyzed by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) after bioconversion of Rhodopseudomonas palustris. Results The chemical constituents of parasiticidae extracts changed greatly after bioconversion of Rhodopseudomonas palustris. The general rule is that the components in the supernatant of the transformant are reduced, the contents of the precipitates are increased, at least four new metabolites are produced, and the composition changes with the culturing time, and is stable at 20 days. Conclusion Rhodopseudomonas palustris can transform the constituents in the extracts of parasiticidas lustris, and the transformation is the conversion of water-soluble compounds (components in the supernatant) to fat-soluble compounds Reference for the further study on the biotransformation of Rhodopseudomonas palustris.
