两冲程小型汽油机1E40FA铝合金缸体结构复杂、壁薄,形状见图1。 我厂一直采用金属型低压浇注生产铝合金缸体,扫气道由燕尾槽斜面抽芯形成,从而使铸件内腔形状(图2)与设计形状(图3)不符,对汽油机的马力、油耗都有一定的影响。为了进一步提高产品的性能指标和在国内、国际上的竞争能力,必须使扫气道形状符合图纸要求。为此,我厂在缸体上进行了可溶型芯的试验并已应用于生产。
