据7月19日消息,必和必拓(BHP Billiton)表示计划耗资2.77亿美元将表现不佳的Olympic Dam冶炼厂产能提高约6%,在升级期间将削减产量。Olympic Dam冶炼厂是南半球最大的冶炼厂之一,一直受电力供应不足限制,且在去年一起大的电力故障导致运营关闭两周后,该冶炼厂一直在进行维修工作。
BHP Billiton said it plans to spend $ 277 million on underperforming Olympic Dam smelter capacity by about 6%, and will cut production during the upgrade, BHP Billiton said on July 19.
