本文根据某履带车辆扭转振动(以下简称为扭振)的计算和试验数据,就车辆动力传动轴系的扭振特性进行了初步分析。文章着重指出,发动机与车辆传动系统配套使用后,其频率和振型的变化特点,以及同单机系统的密切关系。不论是发动机设计工作者还是车辆设计工作者,重视整车的扭振计算和试验并有效地加以解决,才能保证车辆的安全可靠工作。
Based on the calculation and experimental data of the torsional vibration of a tracked vehicle (hereinafter referred to as the torsional vibration), the torsional vibration characteristics of the powertrain of the vehicle are preliminarily analyzed. The paper emphatically pointed out that after the engine and the vehicle drive system are used together, the variation characteristics of the frequency and vibration mode, and the close relationship with the single-machine system. Whether engine design workers or vehicle designers, the importance of vehicle torsional vibration calculation and testing and effective resolution to ensure the safe and reliable operation of the vehicle.
