近年来,医患纠纷呈高发趋势,医患关系紧张成为影响社会稳定的因素之一。为破解这一难题、维护社会和谐稳定,自2010年始,泰安市司法局就根据医患纠纷特点,结合实际情况,探索运用人民调解机制预防和化解医患纠纷,在市及各县(市、区)相继成立了医疗纠纷人民调解委员会。在工作中,通过积极选聘工作人员、建立工作制度、加强指导管理,逐渐形成了“以人民调解为主体,卫生行政部门及医疗机构配合协作,法律服务行业积极参与”的医患纠纷化
