作者于1991～1995年共收治胰岛素瘤5例，均行手术治疗，并经病理确诊。5例患者全部治愈，经0．5～4年随访，低血糖症状均得以纠正，无复发。作者认为Whipple三联征仍是本病主要临床特征，B超和CT检查可对本病提供比较明确的定位诊断。手术是治疗本病唯一有效的方法。术中采用双合诊仔细探查和应用血糖连续监测是保证肿瘤能被完全切除的有效措施。
The authors treated insulinoma in 5 cases from 1991 to 1995, all underwent surgical treatment and confirmed by pathology. All the 5 patients were cured. After 0.5 to 4 years of follow-up, the symptoms of hypoglycemia were corrected and there was no recurrence. The author believes that the Whipple triad is still the main clinical features of the disease, B-ultrasonography and CT examination can provide a relatively clear positioning diagnosis of the disease. Surgery is the only effective way to treat this disease. Intraoperative double-checking with careful exploration and continuous blood glucose monitoring are effective measures to ensure that the tumor can be completely removed.
