中等职业学校在“以服务为宗旨,以就业为导向”精神的指引下,为我国各行各业培养“适应生产、建设、管理、服务第一线需要的,德智体美全面发展的中等技术应用型人才”。广州市旅游商务职业学校酒店服务与管理专业茶文化专门化发展方向在示范校建设过程中,教师团队从校企合作的角度出发,探索在企业参与评价的情况下,如何提高与改进对茶文化专业技能人才的评价模式。笔者认为由学校和企业共同对茶文化专业技能人才进行考核评价应该是更科学、更合理和更具有说服力的。
