高校大学生除了要掌握自身专业课外,还应注重体育锻炼。篮球运动作为世界范围内较为流行运动,深受高校大学生普遍热爱。但是,基于篮球运动性质考虑,属于激烈运动范畴。在运动的过程中,容易引起体能方面大量消耗,机体损伤也是在所难免的。只有不断加强体能训练,才能避免出现损伤问题,降低损伤问题产生的几率。本文从体能训练方面着手,分析如何加强体能方面训练,从而降低运动损伤。
