本文认为我国经济犯罪适用死刑后并无收到预期效果,由此论述了经济犯罪死刑的存在并无必要性,阐述了经济犯罪死刑废止的可行性,最后提出经济犯罪废除死刑的立法设想。 This paper argues that the application of the death penalty to economic crime in our country has not received the expected results. Therefore, it is argued that the existence of the death penalty for economic crimes is not necessary. The feasibility of abolishing the death penalty for economic crimes is expounded. Finally, the legislative proposal of abolishing the death penalty for economic crimes is put forward.
