本文就提高焊接钢管的成材率,提出“减壁”的设想,即原板减厚度档次和负偏差轧制的两步设想,研究“减壁”系统工程。生产实践证明,电焊管实行“减壁”按理论重量交货,提高成材率,可获得显著的经济效益。同时,对降低电耗,提高焊速,减少轧辊消耗等方面也有明显效果。鞍钢焊接管按提高成材率4%计算,每年可增产近万吨的焊接管。创650万元的经济效益,焊接管的“减壁”是可行的,经济效益是显著的,有必要全面推广。
