1996年7月25日,青岛市某单位职工食堂发生一起因食用鲜黄花菜引起的食物中毒,就餐职工182人,其中食用鲜黄花菜者36人,23人发生中毒.无死亡者,经治疗2天后均痊愈.现将调查情况报告如下:1 中毒经过7月25日中午.某单位职工食堂供应的午餐有肉炒青椒、肉炒鲜黄花菜、肉炒芥菜、肉炒黄瓜、肉炒豆角、肉炒韭苔、辣茄子、红烧肉、炒小咸菜和冬瓜汤、有36人食用肉炒鲜黄花菜,23名中毒者均为食用鲜黄花菜者,罹患率达63.9%.
