昌邑市丈岭中心供销社担负着两个乡镇,84个村,15456户农民生产、生活资料的供应服务任务。在农资经营工作中,我们紧紧围绕为农服务宗旨,加强网络建设,走连锁经营、扩大市场、增加效益的路子,从而,增强了便民服务功能,受到了农民的信赖。1999年共销售各类化肥7352吨,农药56吨,大小农机具3000多台件,柴油、机油843吨,实现产品销售额1900万元,利润14.3万元,实现了“两个效益”同步增长。 一、加强网络建设,夯实经营基础 1998年国家改革化肥流通体系后,供销社单一经营的格局被打破,农资市场和农资价格竞争日趋激烈,加上农资产品质量参差不齐,假肥劣药坑农现象时有发生。为了充分发挥供销社对农资经营的主渠道地位,中心社领导班子经过反复认真的分析论证,确定开展连锁经营,加大服务覆盖面。首先,于1999年1月组建了物资配送中心,配备汽车两辆,农用三轮车5辆,负责农资产品的购进、配送任务。其次,加强了村级综合服务站建
