将53名男性金矿凿岩工人分为白指组、接振A组(接振5年以上)、接振B组(接振5年以下),分别测定其心率变异性,并同对照组进行比较。结果表明,代表迷走神经功能的指标SDANN随接振时间的延长而减小(P<0.05,P<0.01),但白指组与接振A组间无差异;代表交感-迷走均衡性的指标LF/HF随接振时间的延长而增大(P<0.05,P<0.01),但白指组明显低于接振A组。提示,随接振时间的不断延长,局部振动造成的植物神经功能尤其交感神经功能呈现早期亢进、中晚期下降的变化过程。
