旅客列车移动音视频信息管理系统采用H.264编解码技术、负载均衡网元技术、高效网管、摆渡网关穿越网闸、分布存储与录像水印技术,针对高速运行的旅客列车音视频传输的特殊需求而研发多码流技术、多信道绑定、3G到2G自适应技术,灵活地进行点对点或点对多站点音视频传输,通过网络设置组成多级传输系统,实现生产指挥中心对高速运行列车内部状况的音视频监控。
